Perth mum Lauren Angove says with budgets tightening, many families are looking for ways to save money without giving up life's little luxuries.

So the founder of website "kids around Perth" put together her list of places where parents can dine out - and get eat free

With a bit of planning Lauren says you could eat out every night of the week, and the kids won't cost you cent.

So, where are some of Perth's popular kids' freebies, first - the Mundaring Hotel

Set in the Hills - kids eat free every Saturday - with every main mail bought.

Fish and chips, nuggets, bangers and mash and a drink thrown in too

And after dinner, there's a playground, sandpit, and plenty of space for the kids to play while parents enjoy their own meal.

Heading north of the river, in Wanneroo, Eagle Spur Falls is a kids foodie paradise.

Owner Brad Domoney says with every paying adult - a child receives a free meal - lunch or dinner every Monday and Tuesday.

South of the River, the Gate in Cockburn - it's all about feeding and entertaining children free of charge.

Manager Kallen Bond says on Sundays, for every adult who pays for the buffet breakfasts, two kids eats for free.

For something a bit closer to the sea there's Salt on the Beach in North Fremantle, where kids eat free on Friday nights

And Lauren says there are plenty of gems in almost every Perth suburb, she suggests checking out.
