Summer is just around the corner and if you're thinking about getting fit, this might be the motivation you need.

We've found a variety of fitness options that won't cost a cent.

HBF Fitness

Held at 20 parks and ovals around Perth, as well as Bunbury, Albany and Geraldton. The group outdoor fitness classes are free for HBF members. There are classes for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, as well as families. And all sessions are run by qualified trainers. Heart Foundation Walking Groups

There are more than 100 Heart Foundation Walking groups across WA with something for everyone - mums and prams, Nordic walking, mature age walkers etc.

Parkrun

Parkruns are free, weekly, 5km timed runs around Perth, as well as Bunbury, Busselton, Kalgoorlie, Albany and Manjimup.
